Pleasantly Surprised

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I figured Mighty worked so well it was worth a try. This last week (so about day 20) I have noticed less fatigue during my day and increased motivation. I don’t consume caffeine and would like to rely less on sugary treats to get me through the slog, so hopefully this is a nice natural boost without the negative effects. I have insomnia in the fall and winter months, but if this helps me stay more active during the day and outside in some natural light and crisp air I expect to have some healthier sleep cycles as a bonus.
