I started getting severe migraines with a visual aura at the age of 71. I was getting 2-3 a week. It was debilitating as you know. I went down the route of neurologist, Botox, sumatriptan, Ubrelvy,, eliminating all the triggers, migraine sunglasses and migraine glasses you name it. 6 months and $5,000 I got nowhere. I then started on mighty and after about 10 weeks i now only get maybe 1-2 migraines a month but they are very mild. Many months I am migraine free. I started to experience vertigo-like dizziness symptoms at Menopause. It was so slight at first and so infrequent that I dismissed it.
