Our satisfaction guarantee

Not satisfied with your order? No worries. We have a 30-day risk-free promise: if you try our products for a minimum of 30 days, you're able to request a refund for any reason for 90 days after your order.

Since we can't restock opened dietary supplements, customers are entitled to a maximum refund of 1x 30-day supply.

Any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can simply email hello@joinmelina.com.

Once requested, we'll just do a quick check to make sure you're in the return window and if there's anything else we can do to make it right. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping issues

Please note that once a delivery leaves our fulfillment center, it's in the hands of a delivery service and out of our direct control. We'll do our absolute best to help in every situation, but please note: 

  • Refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations, and your refund will not be processed. Simply reach out to us first (hello@joinmelina.com) and we'll help.

  • If the package tracking says "delivered" but you did not receive it, please reach out to us for a resolution.

  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages: the best route is to file a claim directly with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm).

Free trials
From time to time, we may offer new customers a free trial as a limited-time promotion. Free trial availability is extremely limited. For these orders, we only charge a non-refundable shipping & handling fee. For recurring orders after the free trial, our standard satisfaction guarantee above applies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We don't accept returns on gift cards or store credit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
