I have Vestibular Migraines. Before starting The Brain Superblend, I was taking literally 20 pills a day, as recommended by my doctor. I despise taking pills, so inevitably, I'd put it off until the last thing at night, which meant that I was gulping down gallons of water to take the 20 pills because I knew I needed them to help keep my migraines at bay. Of course then I'd be up all night peeing (sorry, TMI?). They say The Brain Superblend works best on an empty stomach, so now I wake up and put a scoop into a glass of water and drink it first thing. It's replaced 15 of the 20 supplements my doctor recommended. Plus, it adds a few things that were not recommended that I must have needed because I'm definitely having fewer migraines. AND, just as important, to me at least, is the fact that the founders of this company, Laila and Jeremy, are actually good people! Like, they CARE about us! Very complicated story, but I had an issue involving a hurricane and my mom's death and needing to get a delivery rescheduled, so I emailed customer service, and Laila herself found my cell phone number and texted me personally to check on me and let me know that everything was being taken care of. What?! What kind of company does that?? Anyway, if you're on the fence, just know that if you try this product, you're at least working with good people. And the product is pretty great too.

I’m approx 45 days into to using the SuperBlend, and as I said in the title, so far, so good. I generally have between 15-20 migraine days per month, since starting Melina, I’m only having approx 8-14 and I’m not at the recommended 3 month mark yet! Summer (which we are now in) is generally my worst time of year, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed they continue to improve.

BTW, I read comments about the taste, but I love it! Before I started, Jeremy reached out via email and said to try it with coconut water, the combo is so refreshing. Aside from tasting good, it’s very refreshing and a wonderful way to hydrate first thing in the morning.

The only “downside” I’ve experienced is no matter how I mix/shake it, it doesn’t fully dissolve, there is powder at the bottom of the glass when I’m done, frustrating, but certainly not a deal killer.

For reference, I’m in my 60’s and have suffered with migraines for 50 years.

I've suffered from chronic migraines for years. Getting 10-15 migraines a month -- which was the pits. I just started my second bag of Melina and have to say that the improvement has been miraculous. I haven't had a migraine for almost a month. This is the longest that I've gone without a headache for ages! I was hoping that it would help, but didn't dream it could do so much! Clearly I was needing those vitamins. I don't love the stevia taste but it is a very small price to pay for migraine relief. I add lots of ice, lemon/lime juice and bubbly water to help with the taste. Highly, highly recommend!
